Reports. They are clear and detailed, and I can export them to send over to my clients as a proof how much time I spent on tasks and how much I should be paid. Also, I like that TMetric can be connected to Asana and that I can add time estimates to tasks right in the software.

Sometimes the desktop app is not stable, but during these time I can use the web app since activity monitoring and screenshots are not a must for my clients.
