Our HR teams stay organized with the help of creating location-specific workflows. The employee self-service feature, such as entering personal details changes, accessing training modules, and similar tasks, removes a significant part of the manual administrative work.

The mobile app interface is functional, but it lacks user-friendliness for non-technical employees. In some cases, the system updates may contain one or two minor or even medium-sized bugs, which should be reported to support. The customization options are powerful, but could benefit from improved documentation for administrators managing multiple business units.
