I especially appreciate how clear and structured the data is: reports are detailed, accurate, and instantly useful for tracking performance. The ATS makes it simple to view candidate histories, manage submissions, and communicate efficiently with clients.

The only real challenge I’ve noticed is with data backups, which sometimes take longer than expected to complete. Occasionally, point-of-contact access can also be a bit delayed. While these issues aren’t dealbreakers, a quicker backup process and smoother access management would make the experience even better. Despite that, Oorwin continues to be an essential platform that supports our entire hiring process from start to finish.
