Oorwin does an excellent job of connecting with the tools recruiters already use. The seamless integrations with platforms like LinkedIn and Gmail make sourcing, communication, and tracking candidate progress effortless. Being able to sync data automatically means less manual entry and fewer chances for errors. It also helps keep our entire team aligned since everything, from emails to candidate updates, is accessible in one place.

While Oorwin is mostly easy to navigate, the interface can occasionally feel cluttered or inconsistent when switching between modules. Some menus take a few extra clicks to reach key features, which slows things down a bit. A small design refresh focused on smoother transitions and clearer navigation would make an already strong platform even better.
