Our HR team adopted ApplicantStack and immediately noticed a more streamlined flow from job posting to onboarding. What really caught our eye was the ability to post jobs to multiple boards simultaneously, as well as the automatic sending of emails and text messages that update candidates at all stages. The system’s customizable workflows and status tracking ensure we never lose sight of applicants mid-process.

Although ApplicantStack has solid functionality, the interface is somewhat outdated, and some of its more advanced capabilities require a learning curve. Setting up complex reports or customized forms, for instance, requires time for configuration and effort to determine what works and what doesn't. We had some cases where manager-level users required a finer-grained permission than the default configuration provided, and we had to reach out to support for changing the roles and access.
