As a smaller business, we appreciate that ApplicantStack's prices start at a manageable level while still offering many features found in higher-end systems. This provided us with a central hub for job posting, tracking applicants, collaborating with hiring managers, and eventually onboarding new employees. There are several locations and managers involved, and the system handles that complexity much better than our previous spreadsheet/email-based process.

Since our use case is relatively simple, we encountered a few limitations. Specifically, some customization options, particularly those related to the look and feel of the careers page, were less flexible than we had hoped. The support is okay, but there are times when the response is not as quick as we would like it to be, especially when we have urgent questions about integrations or custom fields.
